IMPORTANT NOTICE REGARDING YOUR ACCOUNT
The WorldFirst shareholders have taken the decision to discontinue with the US operations. As such, we will no longer be able to offer our products and services to you.
The closure is to take immediate effect; you will no longer be able to transact with WorldFirst from 4:00pm February 20th, 2019 and this is therefore notice that the agreement between us is being terminated.
We would like to assure you that any money you have on account with us, if applicable, is completely safe and secure. We will be contacting all customers with balances on their accounts to assist with processing those funds. If you have balances on your account, you will be able to make payments from these balances using your online account as usual, up until 5:00pm January 30, 2019.
After that time, Worldfirst US will be re-branded as Omega and subsequently operate independently of World First Group. Worldfirst online platform will no longer be available and you will need to call or email us to process your payment for you on 737-226-5240 or [email protected]. Transacting with Omega does not affect your rights and obligations under your original contract, terms and conditions with WorldFirst.

Services for WorldFirst customers based outside of the US, including in Canada, will be unaffected by the US closure, and customers will continue to be able to receive and send payments into the US as usual.
